You will book the entire property (the ground floor) with all the features and facilities previously illustrated.
The property has neighbors on the right side (our family members), while on the left side a secondary street separates the Antica Residenza San Martino from another property, empty for most of the year.
Andrea, Natalia or Carlo, will welcome you at your arrival and will give you the keys of the property. To better organize your check-in, please let us know your expected time of arrival at least a few days in advance.
Check-in: from 3:00 PM to Flexible (to be decided prior to your arrival)
Check-out: until 10:00 AM
After your booking confirmation, we will charge the entire amount for your reservation.
You can cancel free of charge until 14 days before your arrival, just send us an email at booking@thearsm.com and we will refund your deposit.
You will be charged the total price if you cancel in the 14 days before your arrival and in case of no-show.
Cleaning service is at your disposal for the extra cost of €50 per request.
The only extra costs excluded from your booking are:
- Day Tax: €0,50 per person per day
- Cleaning fee: €50 per stay
